LANSING RIDGE 2 HOA has scheduled tree and brush maintenance along the Lansing Street entry. This work will be conducted by authorized contractors during daytime hours over the coming days. Some trees and brush will be removed along Lansing St. 

The purpose of this maintenance is twofold:

• to preserve the safety of the entry corridor and to uphold the aesthetic standards of our community.,
• Invasive vines and brush have begun to compromise several trees in this area, and timely removal of affected vegetation is necessary to prevent further damage and ensure long‑term health of the landscape.

Residents may observe crews operating equipment and performing trimming activities. We kindly request that all homeowners exercise caution when traveling near the work zone and avoid interfering with maintenance operations.
